Asteria Bay
Coastal Residences
Real Estate · Mediterranean Coastal Development
A cinematic, scroll-driven presentation of a Mediterranean coastal development — animated hero, a sticky residence reveal and a full luxury lifestyle story told through motion.
About the project
Designed and built as a production deployment, Asteria Bay Coastal Residences ships live under the 1forg.tech studio. The fully static site uses a large-scale zoom hero, an IntersectionObserver reveal system, and a pale, sun-washed palette in keeping with the setting.
Every project is published as a live URL, so the visitor can move through it exactly as intended — no mockups, no frames.
